Happy Halloween

We knew that the kids would have more fun trick-or-treating together so we headed over to Hannah's neighborhood to score some loot! They did great....other than Vince wanting to go inside EVERY house....and occasionally ringing the doorbell over and over. Its pretty bad that at more than one house, Vince specifically picked out the KitKats or "Yimmy Yims" (aka M & Ms) and squealed with joy about his find! I swear we do feed him more than just candy. Most people didn't have a clue who Vince was supposed to be so here's a picture of DJ Lance Rock from Yo Gabba Gabba. (ps - if you don't know who this is or haven't suffered through Yo Gabba Gabba.....consider yourself LUCKY!)
He didn't want to wear the glasses and the hat didn't last very long either but who cares, he had fun!
Here's my sweet little Snow White:
Erin had the brilliant idea to pull them along in the wagon. Aren't they precious?!?! We got asked at more than one house if they were twins......I sure hope not since they are already betrothed.

Its ok that he was going inside this house.....it's Hannah's house! HI KREBBS!

Wearing out.....kinda....the sugar rush is about to hit!
We all had a great time! Can't wait for next year!

Baseball with Daddy

I just couldn't help but snap these pics of my Adidas boys! Aren't they adorable :)

I love this one:

DJ Lance Rock does Mother Goose

Get your mind out of the gutter, people! I mean here's a clip of Vince (aka DJ Lance) singing Baa Baa Black Sheep and Patty Cake. He was very eager to see himself near the end so he was REALLY close to the camera...sorry :)

Trick or Treating at Daddy's Office

Today Tony's company had a trick or treat party for the kids. It was such a good idea and was so much fun! We got to meet all of daddy's co-workers, their spouses, and kids. Since we've already worn DJ Lance a few times and are gonna wear it to school tomorrow and on Sunday, I brought out his ADORABLE pirate costume from last year. In case you don't remember, here's 2 pics from last Halloween. I was sick as a dog with pneumonia so he literally wore it for 15 minutes so I could take pics then it went into the closet....until now! Notice how big the hat is on him and that you can't see his hands or legs.
Here's this year's pics:
Yeah, he's grown quite a bit....
We quickly found "Uncle George" and asked for candy but all he had was that stupid apple...mom promised me CANDY!
They had white boards everywhere with plenty of markers for the kids to draw:

There were lots of balloons too. Daddy and George played a rousing game of keep away with him.

But he won a few times:
He was already out of control and the trick or treating hadn't started yet:
The doors with halloween decorations on them had people ready and waiting to give out candy. Here's each of the 3 stops:

Pirate Daddy!!!!
As if they didn't get enough candy, there were yummy cupcakes too!!!
I don't think my child is gonna go to sleep tonight!

Halloween Party.....at the library

Our library had a fun little family Halloween party tonight. We met up with Erin and Hannah. They had face painting (Vince wasn't interested):They had a craft room where he made this candy bag:
They had tons of candy at every librarian's desk:

The kids were a little unsure of it at first but once they realized how much candy they were scoring, they kept going back for more: They had a "scary room" with a lot of cute activities....but obviously the loot was the highlight:
Here's me and DJ Lance Rock:
On the way home from the library, Tony said "Do you wanna go pick out your birthday present?"......ummmmmmmm.....YEAH! Like, duh! He wouldn't tell me what he had in mind or where he was taking me but he pulled into Nordstrom's parking lot....so I was thinking a Coach bag but he kept walking through the store and out the door. He finally came to the jewelry store and opened the door. He planned on getting me the ring to match my bracelet but said that my expression when I tried on this necklace (below) said it all! I LOVE IT! Thank you baby! I love you!
