OBX

This past weekend was the 3rd annual adult weekend in OBX and it was AMAZING.  

This was our view....it was just awful...  

  Can you imagine having to look at this for 4 days?  It sucked....
                                      
 The house was tiny and cramped...

It was miserable waking up to this....

 torture, I'm telling you...pure torture.

 Worst sunsets ever...

 The skies were dreary...

 I cried the whole time...

I wore sunglasses to cover up the tears...

 Waking up to the sound of crashing waves was depressing...

 The water was freezing...

 I never got to just relax with an adult beverage...

 The beaches were too crowded...

 We never got girl time away for pedicures...

Ok, I'm totally kidding.  It was beautiful and relaxing and warm. The house was enormous, the beach was empty, the hot tub was awesome, and the wine was divine.
The company was perfect too!  Here are me and the girls...

 You can take the boy out of Va Tech but you can't take the Va Tech outta the boy.

This trip was just what the Dr ordered.  I'm already looking forward to the 4th annual trip!  Bye bye OBX...till next year.
